These General Terms and Conditions regulate the rules according to which “HISAR RESIDENCE” Ltd. provides information to Users through the Internet platform – www.hisar-residence.com.

HISAR-RESIDENCE.COM is not responsible and does not owe compensation to the User for lost profits, damages or inconveniences, resulting from interruptions, lack and/or difficulties in the internet connection, which have occurred as a result of circumstances beyond the control of www.hisar-residence.com, including force majeure, force majeure, random events, problems in the global internet network, as well as in the event of unregulated access or intervention by third parties.

VI. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

HISAR-RESIDENCE.COM reserves the right to unilaterally change these General Terms and Conditions, by informing the Users in an appropriate manner within seven days of accepting the changes, including through personal electronic messages, as well as publishing the changes in a prominent and publicly accessible place on the platform.
Provided that a clause of these General Terms and Conditions proves to be null and void, this does not entail nullity and/or invalidity of the General Terms and Conditions. The invalid or void clause will be replaced by the mandatory provisions of the law, or by established practice or custom.
All disputes between the parties will be resolved through negotiations and mutual concessions. If it is impossible to reach an agreement within one month of the occurrence of the dispute, the dispute may be referred for resolution to the competent court under the current Bulgarian legislation.
